Job Description

The Exhibition Sales Executive plays a crucial role in the success of exhibitions and events by driving sales and securing business opportunities. The individual in this position is responsible for selling exhibition space, sponsorships, and advertising to potential exhibitors and partners. A successful Exhibition Sales Executive is highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the exhibition industry and the ability to identify and exploit new business opportunities. As an Exhibition Sales Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the planning and execution of successful events that meet targets and exceed customer expectations.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients to offer exhibition space and sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet individual and team targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing event benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional client service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage CRM data to keep track of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Participate in industry events to network and promote exhibition opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales or event management.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
