Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expedite and follow up on foreign purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with international suppliers to monitor order status.
- Update order progress, delivery schedules, and shipment details in SAP.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to track shipments and resolve delays.
- Review and verify shipping documents for compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on order progress to management.
- Escalate any issues that may affect production schedules or project deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 2 years of proven experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain (preferably with foreign vendors).
- Experience using SAP is preferred.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with international suppliers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Job Location & Accommodation Arrangements:
Sukari Gold Mines, Red Sea Marsa Alam
20 days onsite / 10 days off
Home-to-site transportation provided
