Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute daily operations to ensure optimal assistance to Electra. br>Communicating with various stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of goods & services. br>Maintain business systems with accurate information to enable optimum reporting and performance i.e. but not limited to; br>Uploading Delivery documents br>Creating the GRN transactions br>Submitting Logistics Requests br>Submitting Purchase Requests br>Physical count and receiving of goods, where applicable, verify correctness c/w matching documentation before upload. br>The preparation & analysis of reports i.e. Open Purchase Reports. br>Engage with all stakeholders to encourage vendors to prevent, detect and eradicate breaches of ethical standards. br>Responsible for petty cash handling. br>Ensure SLA / KPI targets are met for all major processes assigned br>Ensure departmental objectives are achieved
Requirements
