Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead interactions between Vendors, Engineering, Project Management, QC & Production/Site Team during entire Purchase Order execution phase.
  • Obtain from Vendor all PO deliverables starting from PO acknowledgements till the approval of the final technical dossier.
  • Manage and coordinate supplies weekly/monthly progress reports and their circulation within the Project Team.
  • Review and approve shipping documents.
  • Coordinate the flow of all shipping and commercial documentation, including documentary Letter of Credits.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks at all stages of Procurement Expediting.
  • Work autonomously with direct supervision.
  • Interface with PMT team, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA/QC and Accounting to achieve performance Procurement Expediting objectives.
  • Monitor Progressive Payments.
  • Evaluate and record Vendor performances through KPI system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices and procedures, and contractual language
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compression services and business operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work with the Team in developing improved work processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or a post-graduation in Supply Chain Management / Operations / International Business.
  • Minimum 7 years of overall experience in an equivalent position.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work under pressure.
