Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Support the introduction of new third-party fulfillers and product launches by improving processes and ensuring smooth integrations.
- Manage end-to-end product setup, including MCP SKU configuration, fulfillment setup, and cost alignment.
- Collaborate with Cimpress Technology to facilitate the integration of new fulfillers and products.
- Understand the cross-tool implications of product changes across systems and domains to ensure smooth operations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Research and identify potential new fulfillment partners to expand Vista s product offering.
- Share knowledge and collaborate within the team to support continuous improvement and market growth

- 1+ years of experience in product, technology, or merchandising operations involving data entry and web-based tools.
- Strong analytical and logical skills, with experience working with integrated systems and large data sets.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, and adapt to new challenges
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an Agile or project-based environment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with fulfillment operations or product integrations.
- Demonstrated curiosity and creativity in improving tools and processes.
