Roles & Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality service to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor by providing insights on talent availability, market intelligence, compensation trends, and candidate expectations.
  • Strengthen stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Develop targeted recruitment plans, innovative sourcing strategies, and high-quality candidate pipelines for both generalist and specialist skill sets.
  • Drive stakeholder participation throughout the hiring process while ensuring alignment with EY s diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
  • Regularly assess sourcing channels and leverage data, analytics, and market insights to refine recruitment strategies and strengthen hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize EY s AI enabled recruitment and automation tools to enhance screening accuracy, streamline shortlisting, and support data driven decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, talent networks, and professional communities to support candidate identification.
  • Support initiatives such as referral programs, talent pooling, and proactive pipelining to ensure a strong flow of quality candidates.
  • Manage discussions, negotiation processes, and smooth candidate closures with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of recruitment processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and the overall hiring experience.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Approximately 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong expertise in end to end recruitment, including sourcing and hiring talent up to Director level through multiple channels (internal systems, networks, headhunting, referrals, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively, with strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data, insights, and market intelligence to guide recruitment decisions.
  • Ability to coach or support junior recruiters and contribute to team capability building.
  • Strong problem solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.
