Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Facilitating the follow-up meeting on contract creation with the purchasing and assembly team
- Facilitating meetings with FNRS critics
- Facilitating follow-up meetings to address delivery roadblocks with various stakeholders: Purchasing, Operations, Suppliers
- Supply troubleshooting solutions
- Managing the procurement team and assisting them in resolving escalations
- Update of the vehicle preparation modification file (addition/replacement/deletion of references) in accordance with the project's PPL
- Weekly dissemination of a concise summary: Performance Indicators and Operational Challenges
- Creation and monitoring of a safety stock
- Participation in monitoring the production schedule. Ensuring daily follow-up of emergencies and problems with the store and the quality department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Supply chain experience required
- Leadership, rigor and autonomy.
- Experience in purchasing is an asset
- Agility in a cross-functional and international environment; fluency in English required.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze
- Inventory management methods, knowledge of Incoterms, and all logistical aspects
