Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are hiring motivated Property Consultants to join our growing team, specializing in Secondary Markets and Off-Plan Projects. This is a commission based role with high earning potential.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6+ months Dubai real estate experience (Required).

- Successful history of deal closing .

- Strong sales, negotiation, and networking abilities.

- Good knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

  2. Generate and follow up on leads through calls, networking, and client referrals.

  3. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.

  4. Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes

  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.

  6. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and area developments.

  7. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
