Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your mission.
Reporting to the project manager, your responsibilities will include:
-
Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Provide regular activity reports to the client and top management
- Managing and leading a team of telesales representatives: field support, coaching, holding regular individual meetings and team meetings, implementing support plans for low performers...
- Analyze individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the availability of the resources and means of production necessary to maintain the flows
- Managing turnover and absenteeism, and implementing the necessary action plans
- Provide administrative support for your team (leave, absences, lateness)
- Alerting to problems that could impact production

- You have prior experience as a supervisor or team leader in a telesales activity.
- You have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the insurance sector (life insurance, health insurance, borrower insurance).
- You have a perfect command of written and spoken French.
- You possess the analytical skills to understand and guide the achievement of objectives
- You have in-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in telesales
- You are organized and meticulous.
- You are known for your interpersonal skills.
- You are a force for positive change.
- Leadership and strong managerial skills are essential qualities for successfully carrying out your mission.
- Are you comfortable using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet) and telephone systems?
