Key Expert No. 4: Expert. Capacity Building / Animation Engineering of the ADAPT Program - Support for Agricultural and Cereal Investments in Tunisia
Category 1 (Xp over 12 years)
Qualifications and Skills - Higher education degree in political science, economics, agronomy, agroeconomics, development sciences, humanities etc. or equivalent or equivalent professional experience of at least 15 years; General professional experience - Confirmed experience of at least 10 years in capacity building, institutional strengthening, and training engineering. Specific professional experience - At least 8 years of experience in developing and/or facilitating training programs for public and private professional actors, including at least 2 relevant references in developing and/or facilitating training programs for professional actors involved in priority themes for the program (agricultural and fisheries development, adaptation to climate change and ecological transition, financing and investments in the private sector, development of support and advisory services to the private sector, etc.). - Solid experience with innovative training-action concepts, tools and methodology; development of training plans, training curricula, pedagogical and andragogical materials, training facilitation (references desired). Desired experience - Good knowledge of the Mediterranean context and the issues related to the agriculture, fishing and aquaculture sectors: adaptation and climate resilience, ecological transition, sustainable investments and finance,
