Description

The criteria and skills that the expert must have to perform his/her tasks are:

- University degree: Min. engineering degree or master's degree, in

transport engineering, project management or

equivalent.

- Professional experience: 10 years in the field of planning or

studies of urban transport projects.

Experience in project management

assistance will be an advantage.

Ability to design and facilitate training courses and exchange workshops

.

International experience,

project experience,

including IFI-funded

Number of projects with a contribution from

the expert, taken individually, for a cumulative duration

of at least 6 months: minimum 1

project, financed by IFI.

Regional experience Number of projects in the region with a

contribution > 6 months: min. 1.

Experience in implementing similar projects with similar tasks

Number of public transport projects as a project manager, with a contribution > 6 months: min. 1.

Experience with DDES and E&S

Nb safeguard instruments for projects where international E&S standards were applicable ≥ 1.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams is mandatory

Oral and written French skills are mandatory
