Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement: Lead and execute efficiency improvement activities to drive operational excellence across the production floor.

System Implementation: Oversee production efficiency monitoring systems, utilizing Lean methodologies such as KOSU, VSM, and 5S.

Process Analysis & Waste Reduction: Conduct standard IE analysis to identify bottlenecks and MUDA (waste), implementing targeted measures to resolve inefficiencies.

Line Balancing & Time Studies: Perform detailed production process balancing and time analysis using REFA or MTM methodologies to optimize workflow.

Master Data Management: Manage IE-related manufacturing data, including workstation documentation, MES system data, and capacity/ramp-up planning.

Change Management: Support the implementation of new products and technical changes, ensuring compliance with Change Management protocols (e.g., CP2.2.2).

Equipment & Strategy Collaboration: Coordinate with Country and Production Management teams to develop new production equipment and innovative manufacturing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Professional Experience: 3 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing environments, with a focus on process optimization and production efficiency.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex technical data to diverse stakeholders.

Core Engineering Expertise:

Strong command of Manufacturing Processes and Continuous Flow Production principles.
