Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as process consultant to analyze, design and implement divisional business requirements
- Participate in cross-module support and projects globally
- Assist in defining and streamlining business processes
- Work with key users and department heads on requirements gathering
- Perform SIGIP-ERP configuration changes as part of the change management process
- Document ERP business processes and configuration changes
- Perform functional testing and support user approval testing
- Define and document training material and carry out user training
- Maintain documentation associated with SIGIP ERP processes
- Prepare status reports and briefings for management
- Provide quality first, third level SIGIP support for IT service ticket resolution
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience
- SIGIP analyst experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Relevant ERP configuration experience.
- Experience in leading small-size and mid-size projects .
- Comprehensive analytical and troubleshooting experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Very good English language skills, German language desired but not required
- VCM experience desired.
The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally when necessary, collaborate globally with support teams, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude.
