Foundever is recruiting: Expert in Lead Management and Sales Performance (M/F)

In an environment where commercial performance depends heavily on the quality and exploitation of leads, Foundever is strengthening its expertise in managing acquisition and conversion.

We are looking for a Lead Management Expert capable of optimizing the value generated by each lead and sustainably improving the profitability of telesales campaigns.

Your mission

At the heart of the interactions between operations, partners, leads, clients and finance, you manage the performance of campaigns based on inbound leads (comparison sites, affiliation, web forms, partners).

Your objective:

  • I would like to improve commercial conversion,
  • Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC),
  • Maximize revenue per lead,
  • Managing the quality of lead providers.

Your main responsibilities:

Analyze lead quality (origin, freshness, contactability, customer intent).
Implement lead scoring and prioritization strategies.
Identify levers for improving conversion rates and the causes of lost sales.
Monitor key indicators: contact rate, conversion rate, revenue per lead, CAC.
Optimize lead allocation between teams and call slots.
Challenge and manage the performance of lead providers.
Analyze campaign profitability and build simple ROI models.
Contribute to discussions with partners and sourcing optimizations.

Main responsibilities

Search profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience managing lead-based activities.
Experience in outbound calling with qualified leads.
Good knowledge of the lead generation market (comparison sites, affiliate marketing, aggregators).
Experience with a BPO, broker, comparison site, or digital acquisition company is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and performance-oriented (CAC, ROI, margin).
Ability to challenge partners and operational teams.
English proficiency for interacting with international teams.
Knowledge of the Hermes tool would be an asset.
