Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensures implementation of VCM standards within the country organisation
- Trains country organization and offers technical support on the VCM processes and tools
- Supports for logistics assessments in country VCM organization to monitor the adherence to the standards
- Supports for management of central learning platform for logistics related processes
- Monitors, analyzes and reports country inventories
- Coordinates country inventory budget and forecasting process
- Shares inventory reduction best practices and leads inventory workshops within the country
- Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and organizes root cause analysis meetings
- Supports definition of global VCM standards
- Coordinates material committee focusing on accuracy, excess and obsolete inventory
Desired Candidate Profile
- Level of Education : University Degree
- Field of Study: Industrial Engineering / Logistics or equivalent
- Experience: 3 years
- Language : French & English
- IT: Microsoft Office
- Social competences: Communication, social & intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork
- Pofessional Skills: Inventory Management/ Inventory Analysis/ Inventory Valuation/ Master Production Schedules (MPS)/ Material Requirements Planning/ Materials Management/ Sales and Operations Plan (SOP)/ Supply Chain ConceptsSupply PlanningWarehouse Management Systems
