Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Define and design the overall test automation architecture (UI, API, Mobile, Performance).
Set up and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.), Accompany development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with the Technical Direction to identify and implement innovative testing solutions.
- Actively participate in the improvement of methodologies and the evolution of testing tools.
- Analyze test results and develop a detailed improvement plan for the team and clients.
- Train and support technical teams in best practices in test automation
Required Skills:
- Solid experience in test automation,
- Mastery of automated testing tools: Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, PlayWright, Katalon, Apium, ...etc
- Mastery of WebService tools: SOAPUI, Postman, Karate, ReadyAPI ...etc
- Knowledge of the issues and challenges of testing
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and synthetic spirit to address optimal and creative solutions.
- Mastery of performance testing and monitoring tools is a plus: JMeter, Gatling, ELK, New Relic, DataDog.

Qualifications :
- Engineering degree, Master's level (BAC+5) in computer science
- At least 6 years of experience
- Works in an agile environment
- ISTQB certifications are a plus
