Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Deal directly with customer via email
  2. Identify the customer needs and respond promptly to their inquiries
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints
  4. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  5. Provide pricing and delivery information
  6. Process orders and requests
  7. Check charges for services requested
  8. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts/overdue payments
  9. Report to management to take actions to encourage timely debt payments
  10. Create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (where applicable)
  11. Recommend improvements in order to prevent future problems
  12. Maintain accurate, up-to-date and useable information on relevant systems/reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc degree
  • Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
  • Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
