Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Accountabilities
- Program Management:
- Participate in the programs planning, pre-launch preparations & implementation
- Participate in developing and review of RFP for limited tenders to select program s external auditor/consultants
- Conduct orientation/training sessions to explain the program terms & conditions to companies & ITIDA s call center and respond to companies inquiries
- Receive and review program application and supporting documents from clients
- Coordinate with the Finance department to disburse the companies incentives .
- Participate in developing the program annual final report
- Handle all other activities related to the program as assigned by the program manager
Research & Development: Participate in developing new initiatives and programs that focus on the development of local companies and increase their exports and competitiveness. Participate in conducting desk research including ICT markets and opportunities in potential key geographies.
Data Analysis: Participate in the development of Egypt s ICT Exports Database . Participate in revising the final statistics reports represented by the external auditor .
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Egyptian Companies, providing them with ongoing support and addressing their needs to ensure satisfaction and continued investment in Egypt s ICT sector.
Collaboration with External Entities: Work closely with ITIDA, governmental entities to implement and manage agreements with investors, ensuring seamless cooperation and alignment with strategic goals.
Business Expansion & Growth: Identify new opportunities for business expansion, pinpoint areas for improvement, and present Egypt s value proposition to both current and potential clients.
Investor Support & Consultancy: Manage the implementation of agreements between ITIDA and Egyptian companies, providing logistical support as well as market data and indicators.
Reporting & Monitoring: Explain ITIDA s reporting system to investors, review and monitor their annual plans, and oversee the preparation of periodic reports.
Budget & Financial Incentives Management: Assist in preparing and monitoring the budget related to financial incentives, and collaborate with the Finance Dept and external auditors.
Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify challenges hindering expansion efforts and recommend solutions to bridge gaps between investor needs and available resources.
Due Diligence Support: respond to company s Request For Information (RFIs) and arranging due diligence visits as required.
Team Collaboration: Provide ongoing support to senior team members and the Unit Manager, ensuring smooth program execution and delivery of strategic goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in customer relationship management, ideally within the ICT or investment sectors.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Project & time management
- Numerical & Analytical Skills
- Solid understanding of the ICT industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong presentation and report writing abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Client-focused with a solutions-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to manage relationships effectively at multiple levels.
- Jobholder should be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Credible and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives. Meticulous, reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
