Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Documentation Executive is required for a Paper Trade Industry with 3 years of experience and is very well-versed in the functions below;
Very well versed with BL Formalities and LC terms and conditions for FCL Cargo.
Aware of Incoterm, freight cost structure for exports.
International incoterms knowledge
Oversee and manage all aspects of shipping operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with logistics partners to coordinate and schedule shipments, resolving any issues promptly.
Maintain and monitor shipping documentation with accuracy.
Preferably male candidates
Past experience with a trading company is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of BL (Bill of Lading) procedures and LC terms & conditions
In-depth understanding of International Incoterms
Knowledge of export freight cost structures
Shipping and logistics coordination skills
Strong documentation and record-keeping accuracy
Attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills (with suppliers, banks, and logistics partners)
Time management and ability to meet shipment deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
