Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
  • Follow up on export orders and ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients regarding order status, documentation, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international export regulations and company policies.
  • Support the sales/export team with quotations, tenders, and client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion in international markets.
  • Maintain and update export records and prepare periodic performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in export operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and international shipping documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Location: Candidates must be able to work on-site in Downtown Cairo.
