Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement export sales strategies for Medicinal and aromatic plants to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new international markets and clients for Medicinal and aromatic plants exports.
Manage and expand relationships with existing overseas customers, distributors, and partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers and logistics partners.
Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and operations teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting herb exports.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to senior management.
Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote NAS Shipping s herb export services.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, phytosanitary standards, and quality requirements.
Lead, mentor, and support the export sales team to achieve collective goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years experience in export sales, preferably within the Medicinal and aromatic plants or agricultural products sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets.
Strong understanding of global logistics, freight forwarding, and export documentation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.
Familiarity with international trade regulations and phytosanitary requirements.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
