Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive export strategies to expand Hayah Pharma s presence in targeted international markets.

Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with international distributors, agents, and key partners.

Conduct thorough market research to assess demand, competition, and regulatory requirements in potential export regions.

Negotiate and finalize export contracts, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and company policies.

Coordinate with internal departments production, logistics, regulatory affairs, and marketing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Monitor and analyze export sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.

Oversee the documentation process for export shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all legal and regulatory standards.

Manage and resolve any issues related to international shipments, including customs clearance, transportation, and payment collection.

Stay updated on global market trends, competitor activities, and changes in international trade regulations affecting the pharmaceutical and supplement sectors.

Represent Hayah Pharma at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years experience in export management, international sales, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG industries.

Proven track record of successfully developing and managing export markets.

Strong understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners and stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and interpret sales data.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
