Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company s presence across Europe, MENA, Africa, and North & Latin America.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and clients in targeted regions.
  • Manage all export operations including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the export team to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Negotiate and manage key contracts with international clients and business partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor export performance and prepare periodic reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in reputable export organizations, with at least 5 years in an Export Manager role.
  • Market Experience: Solid exposure and operational experience across Europe, MENA, Africa, and North & Latin America.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with high initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a strong advantage.
