Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Export Strategy & Market Development

• Develop and implement the export strategy for the perfume division in alignment with business goals.

• Identify new international markets and business opportunities, with a focus on GCC, MENA, Asia, and Europe.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform entry strategies and product positioning.


2. Distributor & Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and retailers.

• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with partners.

• Monitor distributor performance and provide regular sales and marketing support to ensure targets are met.


3. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve export sales targets and drive business development initiatives.

• Forecast demand and ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery coordination.

• Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote the brand


4. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all exported products meet international regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., IFRA, customs).

• Oversee preparation of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth export operations. • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on international market trends and customer preferences.


6. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on export sales performance, market activity, and pipeline development.

• Analyse export data to identify trends and opportunities for growth or improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

• 3-6 years of export sales experience, preferably in perfumes, & cosmetics.

• Strong understanding of international trade laws, shipping processes, and market entry strategies.

• Existing network of contacts in the fragrance or beauty industry is a strong advantage.


Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Strong commercial acumen and sales-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets

• Proficiency in export documentation and ERP systems

• Fluent in English & Arabic
