Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify export opportunities for finished plastic goods (e.g., packaging, sheets, films, household plastics).
- Negotiate purchase terms with local converters and resale terms with international buyers.
- Develop GAP s own export brand strategy for selected product categories.
- Handle logistics, export documentation, and international compliance.
- Conduct market research to identify high-demand regions and new buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term export distribution channels.
- Represent GAP Polymers in exhibitions and trade fairs.
KPIs
- Export volume and sales revenue (USD & MT)
- Gross profit margin per product
- Number of active export customers
- On-time delivery and complaint resolution rate
- Brand expansion in target markets
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- 8-12 years in export sales of finished plastic goods.
- Experience in private-label or OEM export business is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with both factories and buyers.
- Fluent English is required; French or Arabic is a plus.
