Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify export opportunities for finished plastic goods (e.g., packaging, sheets, films, household plastics).
  • Negotiate purchase terms with local converters and resale terms with international buyers.
  • Develop GAP s own export brand strategy for selected product categories.
  • Handle logistics, export documentation, and international compliance.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-demand regions and new buyers.
  • Build and maintain long-term export distribution channels.
  • Represent GAP Polymers in exhibitions and trade fairs.

KPIs

  • Export volume and sales revenue (USD & MT)
  • Gross profit margin per product
  • Number of active export customers
  • On-time delivery and complaint resolution rate
  • Brand expansion in target markets

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years in export sales of finished plastic goods.
  • Experience in private-label or OEM export business is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with both factories and buyers.
  • Fluent English is required; French or Arabic is a plus.
