Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Export Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve export targets and expand market presence globally.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and manage the quotation process.
- Full Export Cycle: Oversee the entire export operation, including handling all necessary documentation (COO, BL, invoices, etc.), customs procedures, and logistics (shipping/freight forwarding).
- Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities, track competitor activity, and monitor global market trends.
- Coordination: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely cargo readiness and delivery.
- Experience: Minimum of [3+] years of proven experience as an Export Manager within the Frozen Food, Agricultural, or Food & Beverage sector.
- Expert Knowledge: Must have a comprehensive understanding of the entire export process, including Incoterms, international shipping regulations, and payment methods (L/C, CAD, etc.).
- Client Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively handle and develop client relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and standard CRM software.
