Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities:
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with international distributors, importers, and retailers.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare annual export budgets and sales forecasts.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, documentation, and export regulations.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and cost optimization.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote company products.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards across export channels.
Prepare performance reports and business reviews for management.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in export sales ,in the Food & Beverage industry is a must
Strong knowledge of global markets, export documentation, and logistics.
Proven experience managing distributors and developing new markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Based in UAE is a must.
