Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process necessary export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, to comply with international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate internally with production and logistics teams to arrange the release and shipment of goods.
  • Monitor shipment progress and sampling and resolve any issues that may arise, such as delays, damages, or missing items.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure all parties are updated on the shipment status.
  • Manage financial and currency processes and transactions in accordance with policy and law and optimize the cost-effectiveness of activities.
  • Provide guidance on export regulations and requirements to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international partners, including distributors and agents, to facilitate the expansion of the company s market presence abroad.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics
  • Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of export and international trade regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good in English
