Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets to achieve export sales targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential export regions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international customers to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and customs requirements.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings for specific export markets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in export sales or international business development.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in export markets.
  • Solid understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
