Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new export markets and business opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end export sales operations, including sales negotiations, pricing, contracts, and shipment coordination with related parties.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and after sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, operations, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management review
  • Analyze market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities in target export markets
  • Ensure compliance with international trade terms (Incoterms), export standards, and company policies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and buyers.

  • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of export procedures, documentation, and international trade practices
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
