Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. International Sales & Client Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and distributors.

Manage the full sales cycle: inquiries, pricing, negotiation, order confirmation, and follow-up.

Handle client communications promptly and professionally.

Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

2. Market Research & Business Development

Identify new international markets and potential clients in the fresh produce sector.

Conduct competitive analysis and study global market trends.

Recommend strategic actions to expand market presence and increase sales volume.

Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, or virtual meetings when required.

3. Export Coordination

Coordinate with logistics, quality, production, and documentation teams to ensure timely and accurate export process.

Prepare and review export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).

Ensure compliance with international regulations, export standards, and customer requirements.

Follow up on shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and shipment status.

4. Revenue & Performance Management

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.

Monitor price trends and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.

5. Internal Collaboration

Work closely with the operations and quality teams to ensure product readiness.

Coordinate with finance on payments, credit terms, and account status.

Support management in developing export strategies and pricing policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.

  • Proven experience in export or international sales (fresh produce/agriculture experience is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong market research and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Cultural awareness and global business understanding.
