Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new international markets and customers.
  • Manage the full export sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Handle correspondence, inquiries, and negotiations with clients and agents.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipments.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in targeted regions.
  • Prepare and achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
  • Attend trade fairs and exhibitions to represent the company and build partnerships.
  • At least 5 years of experience in export sales of Fruits and vegetables.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and shipping procedures.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
