Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the export sales strategy across the Arab region and Africa.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and key clients in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and partners.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs for senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in export sales, preferably in wood, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of Arab and African markets, including regulatory and cultural aspects.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
  • Experience managing international clients and distribution networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in export sales.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
