Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for Iron Ore Pellets .
  • Identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities.
  • Develop and expand distribution networks and dealer channels.
  • Generate enquiries, prepare offers/quotations, and convert leads into business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Account Management

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Conduct periodic customer visits to sustain long-term business partnerships.
  • Handle direct interactions with end customers for Iron Ore Pellets business.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely coordination and issue resolution.

Marketing & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize market data and customer feedback.
  • Support business strategy development through market intelligence and analytics.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and business reports for management reviews.

Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate closely with Plant, PPC, Logistics, Shipping, Finance & Accounts, and Inspection Agencies for smooth execution of orders.
  • Monitor order processing, dispatch planning, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial documentation, Letter of Credit (LC), and export/import formalities.
  • Manage logistics planning and customer delivery commitments effectively.

Planning & MIS

  • Prepare sales budgets, demand forecasting, and sales projections.
  • Generate MIS reports related to sales performance, market trends, and customer analysis.
  • Support management with data-driven decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing proessional with strong exposure to Iron Ore Pellets and Steel Long Products business. The candidate will be responsible for sales, key account management, market development, distribution network expansion, business strategy, and customer relationship management across domestic and international markets

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, market intelligence capability, and hands-on experience in handling end-to-end sales coordination including logistics, documentation, budgeting, and forecasting.
