Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow export sales and international market share
- Identify and build relationships with global clients, agents, distributors, and partners
- Conduct market research to uncover new regions and customer segments
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with international customers
- Ensure full compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely export transactions
- Monitor global competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings
- Generate detailed export sales reports and provide performance insights to leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate the export sales team to achieve business targets
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within logistics or supply chain sectors
- Strong understanding of international trade laws, INCOTERMS, and global shipping procedures
- Established network of international clients and industry stakeholders
- Proficiency in export documentation, customs regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
