Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: International / Export Sales Executive – Personal Care, Cosmetics & Confectionery

Location: UAE and India (remote)

Manage international and export sales for Personal Care, Perfumes, Cosmetics, and Confectionery products, including chocolates, candies, toffees, lollipops, wafers, wafer rolls, biscuits, cookies, gummies, jellies, and sugar confectionery items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new international markets to grow the export footprint.

  • Distributor Management: Appoint, manage, and motivate a network of international distributors to ensure sales targets and brand visibility are met.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to regional consumer preferences and regulatory requirements.

  • Operations & Logistics: Oversee international trade processes, ensuring all export documentation and compliance standards are strictly met.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key global accounts, wholesalers, and retail chains.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the FMCG and Beauty sectors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record in International/Export Sales, specifically within the FMCG (Confectionery) or Beauty/Cosmetics industries.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade compliance.

  • Business Development: Demonstrated success in opening new territories and managing distributor-led sales models.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to key export markets are a plus.
