Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new clients in international markets and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare sales plans and execute export strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate with clients and present export offers that align with the company s interests.
- Follow up on export procedures (shipping, documentation, customs clearance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct market research and monitor global trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.

- 2 3 years of experience in the fresh agricultural export sales sector
- Strong understanding of international markets and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
