Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct market research for assigned Markets.
Generate and qualify leads across African markets.
Prepare commercial offers and proforma invoices.
Support the preparation and management of shipment documentation.
Track customer orders under the guidance of senior staff.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely execution.
Update and maintain weekly sales performance reports.
Collect and consolidate market price data for polymers, color masterbatch, and filler masterbatch.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the plastics , Polymers , filler masterbatch , color masterbatch or industrial factories.
  • Have a knowledge in export to Africa's Market is preferred .
  • Strong understanding of international sales processes, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
