Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely quotations. Process and track client orders, ensuring smooth execution from order confirmation to delivery.
  • Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin) in compliance with international regulations.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and support market expansion strategies to grow the export business.
  • Collaborate with the Export Manager and sales team to align logistics and operations with sales strategies.
  • Resolve any order, documentation, or shipment issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, shipments, and client interactions; provide regular sales reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to support export growth. Mentor and guide junior export staff in best practices for sales support and export processes.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive export sales.

Proven experience in export sales, international business, or related field.

Strong knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, and customs regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external partners efficiently.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.
