Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Execute export sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share.

Identify and establish relationships with new international distributors, agents, and clients.

Follow up readiness of export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.

Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment and shipment.

Negotiate approved terms of sale, pricing, and delivery with international customers.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and customs requirements.

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support efficiently.

Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs to promote company products.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.

Experience: 3 5 years in export sales or international business (preferably in same or relevant industry).

Languages: Fluency in English.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and (preferably ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Soft Skills:

  • Knowledge for international agreement.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
