Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets to expand the company s export sales footprint.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas clients, distributors, and partners to maximize sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of international clients.
- Monitor and analyze export sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs requirements.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company s products and brand.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year of experience in export sales, international sales, or a related field within the FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with international clients and partners.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers across cultures.
- Solid understanding of export documentation, international shipping, and customs procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
