Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the export section, ensuring all operations comply with international regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement export strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage documentation processes, including export licenses, shipping documents, and customs clearance.
  • Monitor and analyze export performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Resolve any issues related to shipping, customs, or compliance in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise export team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Stay updated on changes in international trade laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy - Science -Vet , International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in export operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Proven experience in managing export documentation and compliance with international regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills at an experienced career level.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using export management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
