Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles (MCV)

Prepare and review export spare parts proposals and quotations in coordination with the Section Head.

• Handle customer inquiries, purchase orders, contracts, parts identification, negotiations, and order fulfillment.
• Manage export documentation including commercial invoices and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Oversee shipping arrangements, delivery terms, incoterms, and lead times to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing export customers.
• Generate daily and monthly sales reports and track target achievement.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to support sales strategy.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in new markets to expand export business.
• Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business objectives.

Automotive industry & spare parts structure (multiple SKUs).

• Export/import procedures, incoterms & payment terms.
• Pricing, cost structure & profitability basics.
• Market analysis & competitor monitoring.

• Negotiation & presentation skills.
• ERP systems (preferably SAP) & MS Office proficiency.
• Communication & interpersonal skills.
• Reporting & data analysis skills.

• Fluent in English; French or German is an advantage.
• Prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Work with multicultural customers professionally.
• Manage multiple export deals within deadlines.
