Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and potential markets for company products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas buyers and service providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, sales, and quality assurance to fulfill export orders accurately.
- Ensure adherence to all export laws, regulations, and documentation requirements for each destination country.
- Provide regular reports and updates on export activities, market trends, and performance metrics to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in export operations, international sales, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and export management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
