Roles & Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Operations: Supervising the day-to-day operations of Export .

Arranging and updating the daily Export Execution & collection Report .

Working closely with the Export Sales Department, Customers, and shipping lines/Carriers, whole also ensuring that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures,

Acting as a focal point between the Export Department and interacting functions by developing formal communication channels with each function to ensure full alignment and support.

In addition to the collection of customers' balances which is another important task, which involves tracking payments in terms of timing and full amount, in coordination with Sales Managers for each region.

Reconciling customer accounts and confirming balances with both the finance team and customers. Managing cash flow in line with the company budget.

Minimizing currency exchange losses and meeting monthly collection targets are key objectives within this job attribute.

Oversee the internal processing, legalization, and compilation of the full set of documents, ensuring their timely delivery to customers based on the original contract, whether through banks or couriers. By ensuring on-time document delivery on-time, you minimize demurrages on customer accounts. To ensure efficient operations, you align with the treasury department for handling bank documents and follow the delivery process until settlement is confirmed.

Responsible for requesting sea freight from shipping lines, arranging booking confirmation, sending draft documents to customers, ensuring receipt of invoices from shipping lines, collecting original Bill of Lading, preparing original COO, COA & COH,

Sending original documents to customers and being responsible for the overall documentation cycle for each shipment.

The incumbent must be committed to OTIF delivery with no deviation and must be able to prepare documents accurately and timely within the designated timeframe, and also be able to check seal numbers and ensure that reports are received correctly and on time from the inspection company. Compliance with SOP is essential.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics.

Language: Good command of the English Language

Skills: Teamwork, Communication, Management, Problem-solving, Organizational, Attention to detail, Computer skills (MS Office), Knowledge of export regulations, and Adaptability

Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years experience in export commercial management
