Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed and accurate 3D models of architectural, urban planning, and interior design projects.
  • Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings for exterior, interior, and landscape concepts by applying textures, materials, and advanced lighting techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with the architectural and design teams to understand the project vision and translate design concepts visually.
  • Develop engaging 3D animations and presentations as required for client reviews and marketing purposes.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of 3D models, textures, and assets.
  • Ensure all visualizations strictly adhere to the project specifications and design intent.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, software, and technologies in architectural visualization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.

  • Advanced Proficiency in Industry-Standard Software (Specify essential tools):Modeling & Animation: 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit / Rhino / Blender.br> Rendering Engines: V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Lumion / Enscape.br> Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop / Adobe After Effects.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, composition, colour, and photographic lighting.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and construction terminology.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
