Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for files entrusted to them by the company. 
  • Carry out deposits, withdrawals and administrative procedures with external institutions (banks, administrations, wilayas, APC, notaries, etc.).
  • Manage the flow of documents between internal departments and external organizations.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met regarding ongoing cases.
  • Prepare follow-up reports and inform those in charge of the progress of the procedures.

  • Good knowledge of local administrative procedures.
  • Sense of organization, rigor and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sense of service and ability to work independently.
