Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sets up and operates an extrusion machine in accordance with established procedures. Adjusts and cleans machines. Converting raw materials into pellets, flakes, or strands for use in manufacturing. Monitoring equipment to ensure it is working properly, making adjustments as needed, and maintaining logs of performance metrics. Maintaining equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and repairing or replacing parts as needed. Following safety procedures to avoid injury or accidents during the extrusion process. Assure all supplies are in place when needed. Verify correct orders/material are being ran (style, color, stamp, labeling, packaging) Tools & Systems required Safety kit Role & responsibilities
