Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor extrusion and molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and product quality by adjusting machine parameters to meet specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, identifying and resolving mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct quality control checks, inspecting finished products for defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Set up molds and dies according to production requirements, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting for efficient and accurate molding processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • understanding of extrusion and molding processes.

  • Previous experience operating extrusion or molding machines is preferred.

  • worked in medical device factories.

  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
