Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) department, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Serve as the primary point of contact for EYFS staff, parents, and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing timely support.

Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and confidential files in compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for EYFS events, meetings, and activities, including parent-teacher conferences and school functions.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and support the broader school administration as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years and up to 7 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within an educational setting.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Demonstrated proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and administrative staff.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures is highly desirable.
